(January 22, 2019, 4:24 pm)Jesse and Jeannie took amazing care of me and my family. The rental that they got me was comparable to my truck, and I truly appreciate that. Jesse called me every couple of days with updates, and insured that I was comfortable every step of the way. Jeannie took amazing care of my children while we were doing the paperwork to pick my truck up. She gave them crayons and paper, and kept them from tearing down the building!
When I picked my truck up, I could honestly not tell that there was ever a dent in my door. They took great care of my truck, and I would trust them with any of my vehicles. I would give them 10 stars if I could, but five is all that they will allow! -

My car looks better now than when I bought it new. Every employee I met at CarStar of Leavenworth was extremely friendly and welcoming making my experience outstanding.

My truck was hit on post with less than 200 miles on I was nervous with taking it anywhere except a dealer, but the employees made me feel at ease. They were professional and kept me updated nearly everyday. Great service and very happy with the way things were handle.
