  We recently moved to the Leavenworth area and have visited this store nearly every week since. In reading previous reviews and comparing to our own experience i think it may now be run by new management.
  
  The service in this store is impeccable, they greet you with a friendly hello every time, without fail, upon entrance. The dining area is spotless. The sub making line is organized and very proficient which helps when it gets busy. The sub-makers (employees) take genuine care with your sub and don't slop and slap the ingredients in like i've experienced at other competing restaurants. I've also noticed the franchisee/owner? (can't be sure) is always there helping, appreciating and encouraging his staff - it's been very noticeable in the short times we've been at the counter. Not only is it a great place to dine in but i have no doubt it to be a fantastic place to work, too.
  
  Simply, eat here, support this business, this place is awesome - so much so that i had to write this review!
