I was in Marion for a weekend getaway with my sister. We happened on to JR Hatters Mercantile. It was full of beautiful high quality merchandise. I purchased a purse, which Johsie branded for me. Johsie and all the staff were very friendly. Johsie, thanks for making my new purse special!

I purchased a Rodio King felt hat for my husband for Christmas at JR Hatters. I wanted it to be a surprise so of course it was not shaped when I bought it. Johsie was quick to schedule an appointment for us to come in and get it shaped right after the holiday. My husband thought it was the best gift ever! He sat in the shop while she talked to him about hat shapes and what looks he preferred. She made so many professional suggestions and in the end he ended up with a hat fit perfectly for him.

Johsie is gifted, hard-working, and loves to make her customers happy. So glad she's making Marion a destination for excellent hats!
