(September 5, 2018, 4:02 pm)I'm a hospice nurse who has been caring for patients here for almost 10 years. Levi and his team has really outdone themselves! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Residents appear well cared for and happy. As a resident of Louisburg, I encourage people to tour and check out first hand the rehab and long-term.

You can see they go above and beyond in all their interactions even when they are busy and sometimes short staffed. The facility is very clean, the food is great, and the activities daily are so fun for the residents. They made my dad’s stay here as easy as possible providing the best care in a tough situation.
