(October 4, 2022, 9:24 pm)Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...

(April 8, 2022, 4:40 pm)Wow! Awesome service! Shawn came to my house on a Monday and a few days later he had the part to fix my dishwasher and it didn't take him long at all! Very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely use A & A again in the future.
