Best buying experience ever! Staff was friendly, super upbeat and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable without the high pressure sales pitch. Gave us the space we needed to check things out on our own but were always available with the answers to our questions. Highly recommend!

Rod is awesome! Not a pushy sales guy at all! He really listens and helps find what you want or would be best for you. Even stayed late to help close the deal! I highly recommend working with him!

We had a great salesman (Darin Dalton) who didn't try to push us into making a purchase. He showed us different bikes and the accessories they had. He answered all of my questions and gave me some good advice since this was my first Harley purchase. No problem with financing. Everything went smoothly.

Love it only complaint is my husband didn't buy me anything and that my friends is true love❣

8/05/2017 Sales person was nice but the process to purchase the bike took forever, it seemed like they wanted to play the normal car sales type games. After the purchase we never received a single follow up call asking if everything was okay ,how we like the bike or anything.
8/26/2020 Update!
I would like to say that my husband and I had a great experience with Twister City recently. I bought my bike 3 years ago and also purchased the 3 year service contract . We called and scheduled for them to do the recommended service before my contract ran out. The dealership sent Quniton to come to my place of business and pick up my bike along with my husbands that was not purchased there and complete the services for both bikes!
They also detailed both bikes for us which was a huge time saver for us as we were leaving for South Dakota the following week. I will say while purchasing the bike was a little disappointing with the time it took the service we got after the sale was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their bikes worked on!

I will also like to say that I greatly enjoyed speaking with Quinton when he picked up our bikes and then again when to went to picked them up!
