  I’ve purchased three young parakeets from Melissa…they were raised well, well taken care of & as sweet as can be! I know that if I have an emergency, need advice or have questions I can call the store or even text Melissa & she responds promptly & professionally. She & her employees are all very well versed in all that is birds, having answered every question I’ve had about them knowledgeably. With the exception of my vet, they are the only “strangers” allowed to handle my babies…they do so with so much love and tenderness. Great place, wonderful owner & very likable staff! They’re the place to go for anything bird related, from birds to bird needs, toys and beyond!

  Such a clean and well organized facility! The young lady working patiently and kindly shared her knowledge and experience aboit every bird as I awed over all the birdies for over 30 minutes! Can't wait to go back!

  I got the sweetest little baby sun conure from here. She wasn't cheap but Melissa raised her very well. She's well adjusted and mentally healthy in addition to sweet and cuddly, which is never a given with bird breeders. My only regret is that she had to be clipped for safety in the store before I got her. I really wanted to avoid it, but it ended up being necessary and I was a bit disappointed. Other than that though, every experience I've had with them has been everything I could ask for. Definitely the best bird store in the Wichita area, in my opinion.

  Buying 2 cockatiels here, so so excited, the owner is very nice, very knowledgeable of her birds, I highly recommend this place and has reasonably prices compared to petland....

  I went in here for the first time just to "look at the birds" and ended up going home with a lovebird. They even sold us her cage with all her toys and a bag of food for a really good price. They were very friendly and let us play with any of the birds they had for sale. We will definitely be going back.
