  We recently had our roof replaced by Penney Construction. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Joe took the time to come back after completion to make sure the roof was blown off, gutters cleaned and all nails/debris was removed from the yard. I highly recommend Penney Construction and will use them for future needs.

  I worked with Joe Penney to have our hail damaged roof replaced, and it was a great experience! He was prompt with communication, his crew worked quickly and the install was excellent! No issues with the roof 10 months later, many huge rainstorms during that time and zero leaks. Top quality work.

  Joe and his crew did a fantastic job. They replaced the roof, guttering and vents of our house. Walked us through all our options and the whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We can’t recommend them enough. If we ever are in need of more work, we will definitely be using Penney Construction.

  Penney Construction recently did a total roof and gutter replacement job for me. From beginning through completion, customer service was the best. My yard was completely covered while old shingles were removed. New shingles followed quickly. If I had any questions about the process, answers were very quickly obtained. Gutters finished my project and that process was again amazing. I would recommend this company with total confidence you would be happy with your outcome.

  I was referred to Penney Construction by another contractor to install new guttering on my Mom's house. I was contacted promptly by Joe and he set a time to inspect and estimate the job. Once we agreed on the contract Joe set a time frame for completion. All commitments were kept. The workmen were professional and the job looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to use Penney Construction in the future.
