(November 25, 2020, 10:24 am)WOW, what a difference in customer service at this location compared to the one at 21st and Rock location. I am a regular at the drive thru at 21st and Rock location and it felt like the tellers hated doing their job as they hardly wore a smile or had a pleasant demeanor or a friendly voice. The difference was super clear as I just visited the East Central location. Maybe the Intrust Bank drive thru tellers at 21st and Rock can learn how to be friendly from the East Central location.
