I rented a house from Bryan and Denise for 2 years in the Wichita area and I could not have been happier with the decision! Rented a house from Bryan and Denise in Mulvane for 3 years and my wife and I fell in love with the house and location. Brian always got anything that needed fixed in a timely manner. When my wife and I started looking to buy our first home we kept striking out, Bryan and Denise took the time to help us through the process and we decided to just buy the house we rented from them, as per Bryan's suggestion. Worked out great, their knowledge helped us get through the process fast and even get a low interest rate using a FHA loan. Can't say enough about our gratitude. Fast and professional service. Bryan and Denise are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and work very efficiently as a team. They were able to find exactly what we wanted in 3 personal homes now. Additionally, they helped us get our rental business up and running by finding over 10 rentals in our price range and location of choice over the years. When I first contacted Realty4Less, I was looking to save money to list our House. Bryan & Denise gave us an accurate opinion of what we could realistically expect to get and offered suggestions on "Staging" our Home. After only 11 days our House was sold. The problem...we had no place to live. Denise was obsessed with finding us a House perfect for needs and was successful. Bryan did a fantastic job in securing the lowest possible Home Loan Rate for us. Since then, they had found ideal Homes for both of our Daughters which was not an easy task being as picky as they were.
