Nathan, Regional Director of the E North Central Region called and is the epitome of customer satisfaction. Nathan truly cares about the customer and their opinions. He is making things right with me. I retracted my negative review after a conversation with Nathan. Kudos to him for reaching out. He is in Minneapolis and I foresee Nathan moving up in Victra.

Zach was amazing! Kept good conversation, about everything. No just business. Suggested accessories that would be great for my phone. Always kept me posted on what he was doing. Quick and thorough! The facility was calm and clean.

Went in to upgrade my phone and was taken care of quite promptly. I was helped by Martin, and he was very friendly and offered/explained services and products he thought I’d be interested in in a way that didn’t feel like he was trying to force me into something I didn’t want or need. My wife and I visited this location to get a new phone. We were greeted promptly with great friendliness. We were quickly given to Daniel so that he could help us throughout the process. Daniel was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. He waited an extended period of time with us to ensure that the phone was completely backed up before clearing it. We had a great experience and highly recommend this location and especially Daniel.
