  We recently changed State Farm agents and feel fortunate that we found an agent like Dean. Even though we are new to him, he has treated us like long term clients and has already gone out of his way to help us with our accounts. Dean and this level of service is what will keep us at State Farm. Should we ever experience an event that would require us to use our insurance, it gives us a lot of comfort that we will be taken care of with Dean and State Farm.

  We have been SF customers for over 35 years and when our previous agent passed away we made the switch to Dean. GLAD WE DID! Dean and his team are always happy, eager to help and always get things done! In the years since we made the switch we have had to make 2 claims and both times with the assistance of Dean and his team it was seamless and so easy to get handled.
  
  Dean and his team are well versed and professional and I recommend them to anyone who had insurance needs! You will not be disappointed!

  I've been with this office for 35 years. While being professional and helpful, Dean and his staff are also friendly and personable. It is clear that they know each client, their families and care. Responses are always quick and explanations are clear and easy to understand. Dean does not just provide a phone number or website. He takes the time to connect you and also follows through with a claim or need. Whether by phone call, text, or email, I am well-taken care of by Dean, his staff, and State Farm.

  Dean and his staff have handled all of my insurance needs, and those of several of my kids, for many, many years and every interaction has been professional and thorough. They do a great job of answering all the questions I throw their way and I am confident I am getting the best service from any agent in town. And Dean has great people in the office that provide the same level of service and courtesy every time i call.

  Dean Jones has been my family’s State Farm agent for the past 25 years. He has always been quick to help when we need something and always adds a personal touch. Whenever I call or stop by the office, whether working with Dean or the office staff, I never feel like just a policy, I always feel like a friend. Highly recommend going with Dean Jones for Home and Auto.
