I have been working here for almost 8 years and I absolutely love this place, my coworkers, and my residents. It is my second home. The day I stop working here is the day I move in.

Mission Health, who owns both nursing homes in Wellington is such a great thing for this community. To have a 5 star building in a community as small as Wellington is a blessing for families that live here. In addition, the starting wage is higher than most. Our buildings no longer rely on agency staff, we are fully staffed with people from our community, and close lying communities. These are your friends, neighbors and loved ones. No family is perfect, but ours is pretty close.

I have been employed with Wellington Health & Rehab for over 16 years. I have seen a lot of new ownerships but I believe that Mission Health communities has been the BEST! They go above and beyond for our residents! Wonderful place to work, thank you Mission!

I have worked at WHR for almost 4 years now. I love my coworkers and residents! I’ve worked at other facilities but this is by far the best one I’ve worked at because the staff genuinely care about the residents and try to do what’s best for them. We have a great therapy department as well!
