So far the manager has gone out of her way to get me what was needed. She's just very busy with too much on her hands, and I can't help as much as is needed. She's awesome, understanding, but know how to get stern.
Those that work for 888 need to understand that the equipment is like a woman- super strong, can do amazing things, but sensitive, sophisticated, and has it's own needs...
