  We were on a get away weekend at village west and stayed here. All was good except the morning breakfast was always a problem. None of the food was stocked up and you always had to wait for food. I thought maybe the first day was our fault since we didn't get down to breakfast until 930. But the next mornings were the same! Kind of seemed like they only planned on feeding 10 guests and when more came down it got out of control for the employees to keep up. All in all a good visit! Will always go back to holiday Inn express just need some help here with the breakfast.

  I love the new layouts. We had a king bed in a huge room. It was clean and nice. The only bag review would be the shower. Was not aware it was only a shower and then to top it off the water was like warm at best(rooms were full). Over all the stay was great. Breakfast finished it off spectacular for free.

  This hotel is in such a great location. So close to the legends shopping center and lots of food places within walking distance. Service is great and staff members are helpful and friendly. Rooms were perfect for what I needed.

  My stay was really pleasant. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service at the front desk was excellent. The ppol and whirlpool were great. Definitely will stay again.

  I'm giving this 5 stars for 1 reason. Andrea, Front Desk Clerk, was the most helpful, welcoming and professional . we had a reservation only to arrive to find they "had overbooked " and had no room for us. I was sick, and we had our 3 small grandchildren with us. Andrea was so accommodating and diligently worked to make sure we had a room. Simply because of her, I would stay here again! It is so refreshing to have people who honestly understand customer service.
