  Wayne Wilson & Shannon are a great team. I am very happy with the service, financing is reasonable, and they are very attentive to my mother (a HUGE deal for me). I have been around the block for hearing service and previously went to another company in my town (leav,ks) ; there was a misunderstanding and we were treated poorly. It is great to be at a place that values their customers and treats them like old friends.

  So glad to see Wayne Wilson & Shannon (receptionist) back--I missed their GREAT customer service. They both are genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a "customer", Thanks American Hearing for bringing them back.

  I recently lost one of my hearing aids. Shannon quickly filled out the paperwork and within the week I was back in their office for the replacement. Customer Service is very personable and efficient. Thank you.

  I received my hearing aids from American Hearing and it’s been a wonderful experience! Wayne tests your hearing and fits you with what you need, to repair your hearing. His receptionist is a doll and helps you so kindly and helpful. You hopefully will visit them at their Kansas City location and be satisfied like I was.

  This office has been the best. They treated my mom with the utmost care. I referred the office to my mom's friend and they treated her with the same care. They both received their hearing aids on the same day as their appointment. I have also referred my friend's mom to this office. It is so amazing to be able to have a conversation with mom and her being able to hear me.
