Service was amazing and the staff there was friendly and accommodating. I had a very urgent issue that they were able to complete that day and then some. I recommend them to anyone for their excellent customer service.
In the past it has taken longer then 2 hours with a scheduled appointment to get my "The Works" oil change package. This time it was quick and all 3 members of the service department that I talked with while I was there were courteous and personable. Thank you for job well done!
Can't say enough about salesman Christian McClure. To the point, honest and legitimately has your best interest in mind. Not your stereotypical car salesman. Ask for him. Yesterday I received service at Victory Ford on my F-150. Everyone I encountered from Randy in the service Department to the sales people were great. Excellent customer service including a loaner car while the work was performed. The cost was very reasonable. I’ll be back.
We had a great car buying experience at Victory Ford! When my wife could not find just the Edge SUV that she wanted, the team showed us how we could order one of the 2019 models. It took a little while (holiday season too), but the vehicle came in and was just right. Glad we went to Victory.
