(August 26, 2016, 9:19 am)The ladies in the office are very polite and friendly, when asked if i could use the restroom they were so kind to me and allowed me to. (She is the reason i gave the extra star.) As far as the person unloading the trailer, this guy has the worst attitude maybe he is not a morning person, I went to speak with him and he was already snapping. Yelling and very rude. He has no customer service skills, or people skills in general, I hope that he is just having a bad morning and is not like this all the time, in the other hand the gentleman that came and returned my paper was very polite as well. I originally was going to give 2 stars but I can't judge the whole company on 1 persons actions, I will rate them 4 stars and hopefully I can give them 5 stars my next visit.
