My lifting mates and coaches supported me through a lot of incredible experiences including two State meets, two trips to Masters Nationals and many meets I between. Because of strength training, I feel strong every day. Whether you want to compete or just learn to lift heavy things for fitness, Triumph is awesome.

(September 10, 2021, 10:45 am)This place is magic. Ive been part of it since almost day 1. Highly knowledgeable coaches that can train the very beginner to a more credentialed athlete. A fun atmosphere too. What else could you want? I came for the lifting but stayed for the friendships and fun.
