    First time stuffing sausage. Ordered 21-23 mm sheep casings. Stuffed appropriately 50 LBS and had only two blowouts.
    Very Impressed. BTW, everything i read said they'd stink on arrival. Ours did not.
    Loved the little extras they sent with the order. Will order again.
