Bluegrass Urgent Care

Went for a Covid test, and got one. Pretty standard stuff. Got there about half an hour before they opened, and they let us wait in the waiting room since it was so cold out. When they opened for business, everyone got their forms and went one by one to get their tests. Took a bit, but like everywhere else they seemed short staffed and so I’m sure they were only using a couple of rooms to cut down on how much had to be cleaned. Had my test and results within 45 minutes of opening.
What really earned all 5 stars was their help at the end of the day. I needed my test for travel, and received an email at 7pm that the test had not been approved and I would have to pay for a test upon arrival. I called the office and told them the issue. I planned on driving from Williamstown back up to Walton to get whatever documentation they might be able to get for me. Instead, the lady that took my call got my email address and said she would see what she could do so I didn’t have to make the drive. Within 20 minutes there was a note from an MD with all the info you could possibly want. Not sure yet if it will work, but the folks at Bluegrass Urgent Care in Walton went above and beyond to help me on what I’m sure was a very busy Saturday evening.

They are amazing. They treated my mother fantastic as well with my children. Roslyn actually listened and took time to hear me out about my son when he needed help the most. Love this place!
