Craig and Kerri, the new owners, are wonderful, communicative, caring people. They are working on enhancing the facility and are very accommodating. They accepted my mom in a very short period of time when she was released from the hospital and needed 24 hour care. The staff are fantastic!
We moved our mother from a luxury senior living community in Lexington, KY to Parkview Manor in Danville, where we now live, after she needed more skilled care than an independent community could offer. At first, we were worried about the move, but unlike her previous facility which was close to lots of traffic, this is in a quiet wooded neighborhood setting, with a very nice park adjacent to the facility, making it more comfortable and homey. In addition, the staff is so kind to her, and we can drop in, anytime, to take her out or spend time with her without calling ahead.
We have peace of mind and are happy with the decision we made to move her to Parkview Manor. If you’re looking for a place with a family atmosphere, a welcoming environment, friendly southern hospitality, and a great value, you should look into Parkview Manor for your loved one.
My family made the difficult decision to move dad to an assisted living community. As an overseer of assisted living communities, I thoroughly explored many options for dad. Paul and his team at Parkview Manor worked with us for as seamless a transition as possible - even during COVID 19. They protected their residents, and even now have been COVID free in their community.
They kept in contact with us, giving us updates about dad when the State of KY and the Center for Disease Control ordered lockdown.
