  It is a wonderful experience with our adult children and grandchildren so glad we get to pass on and continue something we have always loved. I do wish there were a family membership plan to make it more affordable but over all is a great experience in a clean well kept facility.

  Workers were friendly, place was clean. Pizza was good. The kids had a blast adult's too.

  Kids had fun. Kinda expensive but the pizza there is spectacular.

  Celebrated our grandson's 4th birthday here on Saturday. We drove on from Lexington. The first thing I noticed was we were the only ones with masks on. Concession stand very busy, and a little unorganized, one lady pretty much ran the show even though there were younger associates behind the counter too..we stood there a good while to be helped. A couple times a teenager would ask if we need help, then got distracted helping someone else and we would just keep standing there waiting then another associate would ask us if we needed help and then the cycle would continue. The "seasoned" associate, a mature lady, seemed to be able to multi task. She was helping kids cash in their tickets, making announcements over the loud speaker, telling people when their pizza was ready, and helping customers with refreshments and purchases. They need more associates, and managers like her to make things run a little more smoothly. Because this lady was pretty much handling everything by herself.
  Restrooms were horrible, floor is uneven and generally outdated, the doors to the bathroom stalls look like someone's great great grandfather made it out of a spare pice of plywood,, with his own homemade tools, uneven and out of square, too close to the toilet so you can barely close the door behind you and the walls are slimy looking with odd color paint and a weird stucco like texture. Bathroom needs a 911 REMODEL ASAP!! And it's weird that the sinks and hand dryers are outside of the restroom near the roller rink. But I guess the sonks being outside allows for 6 ft social distancing requirement, which works for now. But generally a bad set up. Like someone decided years later to install sinks and that's the only place they could fit them in. Very bizarre looking. Other than that. The kids had a great time. The pizza was delicious. Soda was overpriced and I had to buy extra stuff I didn't really want because the cashier said I couldn't use my debit card if my total was less than $10.
  During the evening, they clear the rink to celebrate everyone who has a birthday. My 2 grandsons went to get in line at the rear of the rink so they could ride in the BIG SKATE together. When they let the birthday boy get inside the Huge Skate and push them around the rink for everyone sing happy Birthday, the associate who pushes the kids around put the wrong kid in with our grandson's brother. It was hilarious! We said this is not the birthday boy. Lol. Our 4yr old granson was still in line playing with the other kids..so the associate had to push the BIG Skate back to the rear of the rink to pick up our grandson..it was so funny. They played in the bouncy house which is for 6 yr Olds and younger. And they loved the Arcade games. They also played really good music.
