(November 19, 2018, 8:29 am)I love this place. I have been going here for about 6 weeks. The other athletes are friendly and encouraging. The positive atmosphere has really helped me get back into fitness after a year and a half layoff (read being lazy on the couch).
I tend to refer to HCCF as a gym, but that isn't accurate. Every workout is part of the programming designed by the coaches. And every workout is led by an experienced coach.
That is probably my favorite part. There is a coach there at every workout watching over you and encouraging to get that next rep. I also like that we post our workout times. It holds me accountable during my workout. If I choose to slack off, I have to walk to the front and out up a result that wasn't my best effort.
HCCF has several class times mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. I have tried several and felt welcome at each.
This really is a great place to get fit.
