My 2nd experience with them. My hard drive was about to crash and they replaced it with a larger one and recovered all of my data! They had it completed in about 24 hours from the time I dropped it off at a very affordable price! I will recommend to anyone needing computer repair!

I ordered an older Dell Latitude to replace one that got damaged in a drop. Other than a small dent in the back of the lid, it might as well be brand new and the price was awesome.

Laptop was packaged well and included a large battery and a power supply, which I didn't think were included.
