  First off, Chasta & Debbie are amazing to work with. They truly care for brides way past selling them a gown. They want everyone to have a once in a lifetime experience in finding their dream dress and being a Relix Babe forever. Customer service goes above and beyond here. Not just when you find your dress, but also when it comes to altering your dress and everything that comes after that special moment you say yes. They have an in house seamstress, Betty, who comes into the store to make your perfect gown fit to your body so you are confident when you walk down that aisle. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team. When you go to Relix, you will find an experience so unique and special that you will not find anywhere else.

  My experience at Relix Bridal was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time going dress shopping and Debbie helped me find THE dress. She is really great to work with! She was so personable and easy to talk to and really gets to know her client to understand their style. The dress I fell in love with was actually one that I wouldn't have picked for myself, but she knew what I was looking for and found the perfect accessories to complete the look. Everyone that came with me had a wonderful time as well!

  We had the most wonderful experience at Relix! I am the mother of the bride. Chasta and Debbie welcomed our crew (total of five) and treated my daughter, Tori and all of us like family! I could tell they genuinely cared about Tori and her special day. They have style and taste like no other and with great prices!   Relix Bridal is a powerhouse. I have worked in bridal in the past, so I was worried that my own bridal experience would feel underwhelming and too familiar. The consultants at Relix really knew how to break the glass ceiling for me. Chasta and Debbie helped me find a dress that was better than anything I could have dreamed up on my own. I felt like it was MADE for me. I will look back on this day 50 years from now and still feel overwhelming joy and gratefulness for this experience. To other brides: don't walk, run!!!!   When I first walked into Relix Bridal with my mom and sister (MOH), there was a group of women all gathered around a gorgeous bride-to-be moments after she said 'yes' to the dress. They were all smiles and teary-eyed holding glasses of champagne, cheering on their loved one who just found THE one! I was rather jealous of the luck she had finding her dress after I had such trouble finding mine, but my hopes were high after seeing their celebration.
  
  When I first started trying on dresses with Debbie, I was apologetic because of my lack of vision and nervousness, but at the end of the appointment I was apologetic because I couldn't stop crying tears of joy from finding THE one!
