  I have visited and volunteered at Highgrove throughout this year. Each visit has consistently proven how much the staff care about the residents. Staff and residents truly have a family bond. The caring environment is immediately obvious through all the laughter, smiles, dancing, and great conversations!!!
  And to support the home and family atmosphere, the decor is over top with cozy seating around a gorgeous fireplace; a movie room; garden, southern rockers on a beautiful porch; and a lovely dining room!
  I want to reserve my room now!!!!

  I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with the Highgrove team, and what a FANTASTIC community! There are always activities happening such as outings, fitness, happy hour, etc, which are convenient and readily available with active participants. Common areas are always buzzing with residents playing billiards, working out, lounging in the terrace; this is definitely NOT a senior living ghost town. All staff from management to resident care really pull together as a team to provide customized service with respect and dignity and make themselves accountable and available for residents and family members. Highgrove is not a facility. It’s a family.

  We are thrilled with Highgrove for our loved family member. Living in this upscale community is just the perfect place for someone who wants it all. She has her car and because of the awesome location she is able to get everywhere she needs to go without getting on a busy highway. The community is clean, the food is restaurant quality, and the activities are planned from request of the community members. Get your check list out and I am sure Highgrove will check all your "must haves".

  Highgrove at Tates Creek was an absolutely WONDERFUL place for my Dad to live the last 2 years of his life. It was clean, bright and cheerful -- and had so many great activities, and Dad took part in many of them. The staff was friendly and courteous at all times. Dad LOVED the food. Dad got to know most of the residents and most of the staff, and loved them all. I don't have a bad word to say -- our experience was all good; and I would not hesitate to recommend Highgrove to any in need of assisted living.

  I highly recommend Memory Care at Highgrove @ Tates Creek. My mom has been a resident in Memory Care since December 2019, so almost 3 yrs. From the moment I made the decision to place my mom in Highgrove's Memory Care, I haven't looked back. Trust me, I looked at several other Memory Care facilities in the Lexington area. It wasn't a decision I took lightly. In all honesty, the main reason that I decided Highgrove was the right place for my mom was the Memory Care director, Lisa Stamper & her staff! Lisa is a great communicator and loves her residents like they her own. She is always quick to let me know of any issues that my mom might be experiencing as well as sharing the positive of mom's daily living! I appreciate both. As far as her staff, they too are dedicated to the residents and providing love and care for each of them. I believe they all work together as a team under Lisa's leadership! As we all know, there's no perfect place but I'm so happy we are @ Highgrove at Tates Creek/Memory Care. It was the BEST decision for us! Thank you so much Lisa Stamper & Staff!!!
