Goodwill, want some advice? Considering the number of indignant reviews (complaints that your prices are too high) on Google from folks who don't understand what you do, you need to do a better job of messaging inside your stores. I know you already have signs, but they are ineffective. Consider getting a trained marketing person to do them.

I bet if you contacted several top-notch firms, you could get one of them to do it for free. The benefit to them would be bragging about giving back on their website.

The benefit to GW might be an increase in repeat business. If all shoppers understood they were helping out the less fortunate, they would more happily plop down their money, return later, and even tell friends the good they did by shopping/donating at GW.
