Customer service was fantastic, met me at the door and when I told them I just needed parts. The rep made sure I knew were parts was, customer service was great in the parts department. I have utilized the service department and received great service there also.

I brought my 07 Volvo hear when my check engine light came on and I was losing coolant. They worked it into the shop in a timely fashion and were able to get me back on the road within a week. The only downside was I needed a new oxygen sensor and they replaced the wrong sensor. Although they did fix their mistake (and I only had to pay the difference in parts) it was an inconvenience to have to bring my car back.

All that aside I'll be bringing my car back next time I need work done.

I have 2 older BMWs and wouldn't trust them with anyone else in town. They do great work at reasonable prices. Curt, Shane and the rest of the crew there are all friendly and knowledgeable. Would give them more stars if the app would let me.

I am a lifelong BMW owner and I am constantly amazed at their level of service and professionalism. Currently living in Louisville had the local dealership tell me I needed to have $1500 worth of work done on a vehicle that had shown no issues. Brought my 435 to Motorsports of Lex for a second opinion and not only did they say there wasn't a problem after thoroughly checking it out they didn't want any payment. These guys are top notch technically but your integrity is off the chart and much appreciated! Thank you for years of support and being you!
