This time around, we bought an amazing loft bed for our son, which he adores. The bed itself is fantastically solid and wonderful quality, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and every piece of the package was well-priced. However, again what stood out to us was the exceptionally high level of service we received. We initially spoke with Staff in the showroom, who was incredibly genuine and kind, and found that the level of service remained high throughout the process, from the selection and order process right through to delivery and set-up.

Great to see such a personable locally owned retailer be able to give such great prices and costumer service especially during the current climate we’re living in. They know my name and really care when I have a need Unlike the big chains where if I buy some thing because I think it’s a “deal“ in six months they don’t want to know anything. Here it’s like I have constant support no matter how small my need maybe they go above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you!

I have shopped here several times and have had a great experience each time. Their furniture looks great and they have great prices. I highly recommend their protection plans if you have children or pets, they last five years.
