I don't think Dr Howley is in Frankfort anymore. He's definitely NOT in his old office on Medical Heights Dr anymore but, where ever he is, hope he's doing well! I saw him for migraines. He listened to every word I said and his advice & meds got rid of the migraines!!! I also know his wife!! I used to draw her blood, she's great!!! I have nothing negative to say about Dr Howley. I would def recommend him! He was good to me and he helped me!! He gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me!!!
