I had a great experience yesterday with the two gentlemen that were working. I was looking to deep clean a car I had bought from my daughter. they helped me get all of the things that I needed to do it like a professional. If you're looking to really take care of the inside and outside of your vehicle go talk to the guys at advance Auto parts.

Best place around to buy parts. Been shopping here for years never had any problems. They are all super nice and if they don't have something in stock they can get it for you pretty quickly. I work on a lot of custom builds that require some creativity to find parts that will fit them and the crew at this location always comes through for me.

Excellent customer service. Bought a wiper for driver side and the young lady installed it. Total time involved 10 minutes.

Went in today to SWAP the Bosch plugs bought a year ago.
Turns out they are NOT for my vehicle.
No wonder I've had a slight misfire for a year.

At first the lady was not very nice at all.
I told her I was sold the wrong plugs for my truck ...
Showed the receipt from a year ago and left it up to her to do the right thing.

First she was not willing to SWAP out the mistake but then changed her mind ...
She looked up the right plugs for my truck and all I paid was the difference in plug price....
I took her the Bosch plugs back a few days later and everything is square as far as I'm concerned.
