My 1st Anniversary flowers! Thank you Bokays and my Husband! My favorite colors, and so pretty!

Absolutely great customer service! Tonight we had a wedding at Starlit Heights and the baker delivered a cake without decorations despite flowers being on the sketch. This wonderful florist dropped everything last minute to decorate the cake with flowers matching the wedding colors. It turned out great and they saved the day!

I've never ordered flowers before so, I didn't know what to ask for. It was the day of my sons 4th grade prom (yes 4th) he asked me if he could give his date something so we decided to get flowers if possible. I called Bo Kays, she walked me through the order process and at first she didn't think she would have time since it was like 2 hours before the event. Well, she called me back and said she had finished early and she could make something. I asked her for something pink and pretty and she came through for us! In about 15 minutes we had a small arrangement of gorgeous pink and white flowers. We loved them and so did my son's date👍❤

As always, I waited til last minute to purchase some items for a close friends mothers passing. At 11.30am all locations called didn't answer, except Bockays. She let me know she was closed doing deliveries and would be happy to finish them and meet me at her place to get me taken care of. Thanks to her I don't feel awful for my forgetfulness. It's hard to find service like that, corporate or local. We will use Bockays going forward for our flower and gift needs.
