The service at Vision one is top notch!!! The people there are so nice and take the time to make your appointment pleasant. Sherry goes above and beyond to help serve you. I would highly recommend if you need to see the eye doctor go to this location!!!!!!

Vision One glasses cleaning solution is really good. It came free with my glasses and free refills if you bring the bottle back in. Will be worth the trip to get it refilled.
The staff here are wonderful from walking in to walking out! The doctor was diligent and took her time with me. She talked me through my family history and decided how to proceed after considering the best route for testing. The girls at the front helped me find great glasses that I don't think I would have considered alone. All around, I'm very happy and will continue being a patient here. Took the glasses manufacturer two weeks to fill my order, but that has little to do with the facility. I also booked during the back to school rush. They let me know when they arrived right away.

Our family loves Vision One. Dr. Guidugli was so patient and sweet with my son. He loved her. We got there did all the pre vision test and Dr. Guidugli was in the exam room in a timely manner. Dr. Guidugli was very knowledgeable and was super friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with an eye Dr. We have had the best care and customer service at both Dry Ridge and Ft. Mitchell.
