It was easy ordering arrangements on the website as well as talking on the phone to Sherry. Her interest in making sure the order was correct with a followup to make sure that the family receiving them, enjoyed the results, was wonderful.
I ordered a beautiful seasonal door wreath and a large vase of autumn flowers - all outstandingly beautiful!

The flowers were delivered just in time to make my wife’s birthday special while she was away at training. The flowers were beautiful and the customer service was amazing!

Ordered flowers for my wife, and the manager professionally worked with me when I needed to change the delivery date. My wife didn't answer the door when delivery was attempted, so the store called me since they didn't want the flowers to freeze. I quickly contacted my wife and she retrieved the flowers. She stated that it was the prettiest arrangement she ever received.
Update: The lilies opened up almost a five days later and looked great.
