I highly recommend Kenneth Randall for all your tax services. He was very knowledgeable, patient and prepared my taxes quickly. He was not only very knowledgeable but kind and answered all my questions. There's nowhere else you can go and have your taxes filed for a flat fee of $55 by someone who's certified to do them and not fear errors and an audit. Mr. Randall has a wonderful personality and great stories. I enjoyed meeting him and the laughs we shared. He definitely removed the stress from tax season for me as this was my 1st time needing 1099 taxes filed for myself. He's earned my business and I will be a returning customer. If you need insurance or taxes filed, I'd definitely give him a call or stop by if you're in the area.

Well, first of all when Grange insurance rates, my premium $40 a month with no explanation I called Ken Randall. So I’ve had my new insurance policy for six month and tonight at 7:30. I called him and got his recording. I left a message that I needed new insurance cards and a half hour later he called me back. he told me he was printing the cards and put them in the mail so they’ll go out tomorrow. Now that is a dedicated insurance man. He offers excellent service, excellent rates, and does your taxes for $55. You cannot go wrong with Ken Randall and the insurance store. Give him a call.

I have been doing business with Mr. Randall from the Insurance Store for several years. He has always been very courteous and professional and he knows the tax laws and insurance business.

When Mr. Randall started his tax service, he painted the Kentucky state requirements on his front window. This was to inform prospective clients what they needed to bring to file their taxes, saving them time and frustration if they came in without all of the proper documents. In these instructions, he wrote that per Kentucky law, marriage was defined only between a man and a woman. Whether the citizens who are falsely posting things know this or not, Kentucky state tax filing requirements STILL say marriage is only between a man and a woman. Folks - Find out the facts first and don't rely on Facebook. Very little of what Facebooks says is accurate. I have never heard him make a bigoted statement and he serves customers from all races and ethnicities.

Ken Randall has always been very professional, and straight forward with any questions inquired. He ensures his customers are taken care of by providing light snacks and refreshments for those waiting their turn, all the while being efficent in his work. It is obvious that Ken takes pride in his business. Highly reccommend.

I have been going to this location for years now, and never leave disappointed. Randall is an excellent insurance agent and charges a fair price to get the most back in your taxes. You get the most bang for your buck unlike an online service that does not.
