Signature Healthcare at Jackson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center

Residents are amazing at the facility. Our residents make our facility a happy home and enjoyable place to work.

My mother went to Jackson manor for rehab. I found the physical therapy team beyond excellent. They gave her time to think and react- very patient. The entire staff-food service, housekeeping, all levels of care nurses were friendly and helpful but most important they talk to the patients. As it got close to mom passing they came in as they were going home to say goodbye, give her a hug or a pat. I listened as I sat with mom and I heard the same respect and care to all the patients. Very blessed to have found Jackson Manor.

Residents are amazing. Our CNAs and Nurse’s care for the residents like they are family. I am so proud of our staff with all the changes with Covid they stepped up and worked hard.

Amazing Facility with a loving community! The staff go above and beyond to love and care for the residents. The Quality of Life Dept is always keeping the residents engaged in out of the box activities. Always such a joy to come to Jackson Manor!
