I lost my SIM card for my phone. I called the Verizon store nearest me and went over to get their help. It was about 7:45 p.m. and the employee was very helpful and remained till after closing hours to get me up and going again.
Bobby helped us upgrade our iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 12. He is friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

The person who took care of me was very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me knowledge about my phone that I previously did not know.
