I am a former employee of Isopure, I worked there for 3 years. I had the opportunity to work in many different departments within the company ranging from materials department, testing department, customer service and quality. I learned a TON about FDA regulated companies and all of the work that has to be done in order to ensure a safe and reliable product to the customer. What Isopure does is innovative and I was glad to be part of what actually helps dialysis patients, as my dad is a kidney recipient - it hit home for me on the importance of the job. Overall, I loved the family type atmosphere and the pay was decent, with yearly reviews for pay increases. I would have remained with the company if I didn't require more pay to support my children.

I've been employed at Isopure for (4) years now and absolutely love working for this company. Over these last (4) years I've watched the company grow and blossom into a place anyone would love to work. Our staff is top notch and strives to go above and beyond rather it be in production, materials, quality, or customer service to produce the best product there is and to administer fast accurate customer service with a smile. This is a place I'm proud to work for because at the end of the day we make a difference in people's lives. Here at Isopure we ain't just a group of people coming together to work "WE'RE FAMILY".

Isopure is a great place to make a difference in people’s quality of life. A growing and challenging company with folks that want to do their very best. I really see my future expanding with Isopure for years to come. Negative comments made on this forum are from a former employee who was given an opportunity to adhere to company policies but chose not to.

Isopure is a well trained and professional business that knows how to satisfy its customers. I found the staff friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my needs. When I had a problem, Isopure was one step ahead of me to help resolve my issue. You don’t get that treatment everywhere, so for that I am very appreciative.

Isopure is like working with family. They make sure you are okay and are always there for you. I absolutely love it. The people, culture, management, and work/life balance are all incredible!
Not to mention, the work we do here -- helping people with their health-- is the most rewarding work I've ever done. I'm constantly challenged by the work, which has helped me learn and grow so quickly.
Management also makes you feel like your opinion and input actually matter and will put it into practice. Management and Team Leaders here are concerned about you as a person, not just an employee.
If someone needs time off, they are willing to work with you. I have excellent co-workers, who work well together and enjoy one another.
The owner cares about his Company and his employees to where he hires Managers that are Leaders, not those that bark orders at you, but they come along side you and work with you. All they expect of you is be on time, work hard, have a positive attitude, and no drama.
I’m at the age I could retire, but I will continue to work here because I love the people and the work that I do.
