  After the bad storms and power outage we had 6 inches of water fill out basement. I must have called 7 places for information on next steps. Mr. Copeland was one of the only ones to spend time talking through the issue and then helping us understand the actual needs of our cleanup and fix. He was extremely knowledgeable, didn't push anything on us we didn't need, was timely, and overall a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend this company.

  I found this company from the work they do for my employer. They are excellent!! Very professional, on time and the greatest care that anyone could ask for when handling someone else’s property. I highly recommend!!

  Ian arrived on time which is a good start. He was done quicker than I expected which is also good. Best of all though were the results. The carpet I wanted cleaned was heavily stained. I was amazed by how well he did. The carpet looks new. I will definitely call him the next time I need carpets cleaned

  Wonderful company! Ian came as soon as plumber left our flooded laundry room to clean the water damage in basement. He did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Also replaced part of the padding.
  I highly recommend Louisville Carpet Cleaning and will only use them in future ( if needed).

  Ian was very understanding of my flooding situation and was ready to help. He gave me hope that we could restore my carpet and basement, and worked very hard to do so. Ian was able to work around my hectic schedule, as I was already trying to balance work and the plumbers coming to repair by busted pipes. My carpet looks better than before the flooding. I would highly recommend Louisville Carpet Cleaning
