  I love this company. The set weekly rate pay is great. Their health insurance is affordable and good health insurance as well. They have an amazing maintenance team, no sitting for days at the dealership not making any money. Two weeks vacation and 5 personal days available the first year. The perks are amazing. You work hard, but you're well compensated. Everyone is friendly and professional.
  
  Con: Communication could be improved. But, I also need to improve my communication as well.

  Hill Transportation Services, Inc. is like any other business and the job is what you make of it. You create your own destiny. I just read an obnoxious review from a disgruntled driver who quit after just four months of employment. His direct discrimination is obvious as he blatantly called the Safety Director, who is Native American, an old Indian who was smoking a peace pipe at a pow wow. These negative and defensive accusations to discredit a thriving company that gives all qualified drivers equal opportunities are redundant and pointless.
  We all need work. Personally, I value my choice to wake up early and be on time to perform my job duties. That's what HTSI expects from all of their drivers in order to service the customer and keep all us in a job.
  The key to being a successful driver and making on time pickup and delivery schedules is to start ON TIME. Some people find time management a difficult task. Recalculate - if you didn't make the $1175 per week... why are so many other drivers exceeding that goal?
  People who find it necessary to smear companies often omit details. If you decide to quit a job, don't drop the trailer and take company equipment and refuse to return it, then leave the electronics running so the batteries die. Who does that?
  Hill Transportation has drivers who have been with the company for over 12 years because they value the home time, the pay, the newer equipment, and the 3 vacations a year. The company must be doing something right.
