I will always bring my cars here! Terry and the pretty blonde at the counter were helpful and friendly, got me a great price on tires.

They have always got us in and out. Store is always clean and just a friendly staff. Ricky had us in and out in no time and gave us the best deal possible with no sales pitch. Honest and to the point. This is the way a business should run.

Had to take one of the police vehicles in for service. Daniel the manager he is always very polite, very professional and really a nice person. All of the workers know me by name when I walk in that always makes you feel good. I had at our issue and this is where Integrity comes in to play. Someone else may have told me that I needed to have guitar replaced Goodyear found the screw that was in tire and said it could be repaired. I would highly recommend Goodyear on Bardstown Road in the Gardiner Lane shopping center to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles as well as any tires.

They've always taken great care of my car here. I moved to Louisville from out of state, and Terry went out of his way to answer my questions when I went to get my oil changed the first time.

Additionally, Daniel called me a few months later due to a recall on a part. He was super professional explaining the issue, and promptly scheduled me to come in.

I've also stopped by to get air in my tires a couple times, and its always been a quick and polite experience.

I never really used Goodyear before, but I am definitely a loyal customer now!! Thanks!
