Stopped in to get the essentials to start leather working. Ron was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and no pressure to buy anything I didn't need, but was eager to answer any questions I had along the way. He even took the time to show me how to stitch properly. Top notch service really goes a long way this day and age! I'm sure I'll be back again.

James from maintenance is outstanding! He is so amazingly kind and helpful. Our smoke detector kept chirping in the middle of the night. We called the after hours maintenance number and James was on duty. He came to our apartment in the middle of the night with such a bright, positive spirit and fixed the issue. We were so impressed we knew it would be immoral not to commend James properly! He is a blessed man and deserves a raise!

I really love living at Sonoma! The maintenance team is great. James, the assistant service manager is always very helpful and friendly in helping the residents.
