This place is the best place to live!
The property was brought over from the original owner ! The two wonderful ladies in the office made the transition a breeze in a month I became a first time home owner!

Even after becoming a company based rental lot property!

They answered all of my questions and communicated with me via email and text .
Returned voicemails and really held my hands the whole process!

I highly recommend for anyone looking for a home or a place to rent.

The lots are clean, quite and safe !
I see my neighbor drink morning cups of coffee and kids playing on the weekends!

Drama free and cozy.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies at River Oaks Mobile Home, I am now a home owner. This is my first home I own, and the experience was wonderful and super easy. The options they have for buying a home, the process for this, the homes they offer, are all out of this world. The mobile home park I’m in is very clean and quiet! The park is Big and plenty of driving room. I was very lucky to get a home right next to some goats right outside my window. Thank you so much ladies! I will recommend you to everyone. I also will post pictures.

Best community I have ever lived in, I had the Best neighbors and the park was quiet and somewhat drama free or at least the front half where I lived was anyways.
