(December 30, 2022, 9:58 am)My husband went to the office located in Lagrange. Perhaps because of this we were billed for the co-pay. It took several attempts to get this accomplished. Online did not work and ended up calling direct and had a 30 minute wait. Otherwise this office would get 5 stars.
