Dr Bauman is awesome. Really cool person and he was very engaging w what he was doing w me as he was going over my teeth. Coolest DMD i've met in my life. Thank you.
Excellent experience overall. Great facility, caring doctor, great staff, freebie bags, etc. I am not sure where to start with this review, as it has all been positive. Dr. Bauman cares about his patients and will get to know you. I accidentally called the doc directly on accident about an appointment, but he immediately answered. No hassling me about it. They give you freebie bags. They have a caring staff. Phones are answered immediately. COVID protocols followed. For the record, I have HATED about 50% of the dentists that I go to. Dr. Bauman is not in that group. Only downside may be price, my insurance did not cover all of the procedure. However, this could easily be my provider being stingy vs. the doctors office not being accepted by providers.
You won't find a periodontist who is more willing to go above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Bauman truly works with other professionals in the collaborative spirit and works tirelessly for the best positive outcome possible.
I highly recommend Dr. Bauman and his staff. The office is very well run and everyone is extremely friendly and caring. Getting a dental procedure can be a stressful event, but Dr. Bauman and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel confident and at ease. Dr. Bauman did a great job with the procedure, and my recovery was no problem at all!
Was very impressed with all the staff at Dr. Bauman's office. They were thorough, organized and had just an overall great attitude as we worked thru the paperwork, prep work and the procedure for my gum surgery. When I told them I was getting warm they had a fan ready and available. They anticipated every step.
Dr. Bauman made me feel at ease during the entire procedure by explaining each step (I need facts) and we used my playlist to lighten up the mood. (Even heard him hum a few tunes of Jimmy Buffett.) He is the ultimate professional with his work but makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The combination ensures I will never go anywhere else!
Overall, his professionalism and kindness made all the difference and I highly recommend him.
