The Kentucky Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (KY-CARDS)

I have been aware of KY-CARDS since it’s inception several years ago and have great respect for the folks there and the work that they do. As a long-term therapist in the community myself, I highly value their team as colleagues and as a trusted referral source. I know several members of their team personally, and have great respect for them—both as professionals and as persons. Having worked collaboratively with them in helping a number of families, I can personally vouch for their skill and expertise.

Attended my first session with Nicholas Inclan. All I will say is that I have never felt more seen, I’ve never felt more heard by a provider. EXTREMELY intelligent, and passionate about his work. I am ready to see where this journey takes me, and I’m confident that I will learn skills to cope with my OCD. He uses ERP, which Im sure you OCDers know is a huge green flag. Compassionate, caring, all around amazing.

Dr. Bauman and sessions with him have been such a gift to my family and me. He is very compassionate and patient and offers many tools to help us as a family-unit, as well as pour into and encourage my son. Highly recommend him to my friends and family!

Dr. Mitchell is truly one of the best! Took my son there for his anxiety and she truly goes above and beyond. She talked to my sons school once a week and made sure parents stayed in the loop with our own meetings and constant email interactions. She is extremely easy to talk to and is great with kids! She is not pushy, takes her time to hear all concerns, does not rush you, recommends treatment. You always know what her next step is going to be as her communication is amazing! She even takes to his adhd doctor every so often! Highly recommend and keep doing great things dr. Mitchell you truly are amazing!

Dr Chapman is an amazing therapist. After 10 years of working with other well-meaning therapists I finally found the person who could successfully treat my ocd and anxiety. With equal parts compassion, humor, and intellect, Dr Chapman is by far the best therapist I’ve ever encountered for dealing with anxiety and it’s related disorders. I’ve sent over a dozen friends to him and they all agree: he’s amazing.
The level of knowledge and experience he has in treating anxiety is unmatched, which explains why he’s been so awarded nationally and covered in countless national articles on anxiety. If you have any form of anxiety, Dr. Chapman's your guy!
