Good selection of weight machines, LOTS of free weights and even a full size squat machine in the back! Everybody I've met here has been nice and the 2 guys that run the place, Jimmy and Big Steve, are super nice. Hardcore body builders frequent this place, but don't let that intimidate you. People just starting out, women and adolescents come here, too- and aren't made to feel uncomfortable. I've even asked questions of the staff and customers and received great, in-depth explanations. It's a good value at $30/mo. with unlimited visits ($6 one visit/$20 wk.). This place is one of Louisville's hidden gems!

(July 19, 2018, 9:40 am)Love this place! Definitely a no-frills gym, but that's what adds to its allure. Very little wait time for the equipment and a wide variety of free weights and machines, instead of a monopoly of machines like in brand name gyms. Polite staff and patrons as well!
