  Got my oil changed here a few days ago, waited outside for the duration of the appointment since it was a nice day. While waiting outside at least 6 different employees asked if I had been helped. One employee even gave me a bottle of water while checking up on me. Such a good group of individuals here. Recommending y’all to everyone. Thanks Big M ❤️

  I experienced mechanical issue on my way out of town. I arrived Big M early morning with no appointment. Shane was able to fit me into the schedule immediately. Everything was fixed within a couple hours. Back on the road and made my appointment. I'm new to the area. I found my new Chrysler dealer - thank you, Shane!

  Dominic was such a great sales person and he was completely honest with me about my selections. From the moment I stepped on the lot he He made me feel like a friend vs a person who he just wanted to sale a car to! Thanks Dominic for your patience, I’ll def be telling my friends to come back and shop with him!

  The last 48 hours of my life has tested me in so many ways. Today, one of the many stresses were relieved when Joshua worked hard to get my car payments where they needed to be. I was blessed to drive off the lot with a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey. Not only did I purchase a new car, but I met an awesome young man that is Fantastic at his job! If your looking for your next ride, call Big M Superstore and ask for Josh Cornett and he will get you together. Make sure you tell him I sent you. Oh, and have them make you some free popcorn. It's the best?

  They were able to diagnose the problems with my car quickly and presented me with an accurate estimate of the work that needed to be done. I arrived in the morning, and the repairs were estimated to take all day (possibly into the next day). They provided me with a rental car to use, which surprised and pleased me. The repairs were completed early the next morning, as promised. Overall, a pleasant and positive experience.
