The folks at Urb’s were able to schedule me for next day service and the work was finished at the anticipated time. Honda specifies a full synthetic oil and only Honda transmission fluid for my vehicle. I was glad to learn that Urb’s was already aware of this and that’s what they used. The work done on my vehicle falls into the category of preventive maintenance and I saved a good deal of $ at Urb’s vs.going to a dealer which I had always done previously. This was my first time going to Urb’s and I plan to return for service/repairs in the future.

Urb’s called with an estimate and the issues that were needed before doing the work. Great price and very efficient. Highly recommend!

The power was out the afternoon I dropped the car off but the next morning they sent me a full quote by 9am and had my car repaired & ready to pick up by 4pm. I felt like everything was clearly explained, provided in writing and priced fairly. I couldn’t be happier.

Had tire pressure light and 2 nails in tire. Had to replace tire. After leaving still Had pressure light. However upon returning Nick identified the pressure gage battery had died. Was extremely satisfied when he replaced it at no charge since his mechanic didn't check it. Very good customer service. Will definitely return.
